Organic Household Cleaner

OHc, Organic Household Cleaner, is a patented all-purpose cleaner and degreaser formulated with a proprietary blend of pure, therapeutic grade, organic essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender, lemon and grapefruit. It contains no added alcohols or emulsifiers and provides soothing aromatherapy relief while cleaning. OHc is a healthy alternative to harsh chemical cleaners and contains no toxic chemicals, preservatives, dyes or surfactants. In bathrooms, showers and tubs or for tough jobs where an abrasive cleaner is required, just shake and spray the area with OHc then sprinkle baking soda on the surface and scrub away grime and soap scum. As the maker of OHc, the overall outcome of the aroma is very important to me. I use the highest amount of essential oils allowed in aromatherapy to fully stimulate the senses. Eucalyptus provides nasal decongestion, respiratory relief and stimulation. With its calming effects, lavender brings balance to eucalyptus. The essential oils of lemon and grapefruit, well-known for their abilities to help concentration, are introduced to provide for a pleasant uplift for the mind. Together, their enhanced effect on the brain elevates the feelings of energy and serenity while cleaning.

While essential oils are known for their natural antibacterial qualities, the benefits of using essential oils are not typically tested in the USA. I went a step further by proving this blend of essential oils are naturally antibacterial by having OHc tested in an FDA certified lab against harmful bacteria. The results showed that OHc instantly killed pseudomonas aeruginosa, one of the most common and infectious bacteria found in our environment, and also aided in the control of E. Coli and Klebsiella. The product worked so well that the formula and technique is now patented.
